Complaints Procedure

Guildford Tree Surgeons prides itself in providing the highest quality service to all its customers. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with our service or a problem has arisen you will need to make us aware of it.

The complaint must be made within 6 months of the incident/from the time that the matter came to the notice of the complainant.

If you have a complaint, please contact Mark Seabrook, the proprietor, directly with specific details regarding the complaint.

You can complain orally by calling Mark on 01483 910361. Alternatively, you can send him an email to: info@guildfordtreesurgeons.co.uk or write to him at: Mr Mark Seabrook t/a Guildford Tree Surgeons, 14 London Road, Guildford GU1 2AG.

When he has received your complaint he will send you confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your complaint within 7 days.

He will then investigate your complaint and invite you in to discuss/resolve your complaint, with 14 days of sending you the conformation.

After discussing your complaint, he will then write confirming our final position on your complaint and explaining our reasons.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
